Hello world!

The importance of watermarking your images

To some this may be a new idea, but to many it is an everyday assurance that you online images are as protected as they can be. One way of utilizing the tools we offer to protect your images is to watermark them. This can be done in the PhotoManager before the upload process has taken place. To add a watermark to your images open PhotoManager:

  • Choose the Options button located near the bottom left hand corner of the application
  • Choose images & watermark from the sub-menu
  • Mark the use custom watermarks check box
  • Click the define custom watermark button.

Here you can insert a copyright symbol and enter the text to the style you desire, or you can use a logo watermark by choosing select logo and browsing to your logo file. Remember: It is very important in this industry to keep your images as protected as possible! Too many of us are cheated by the usual screen shot, right-click and save, and taking photos of the computer screen. Let’s work together and keep your images protected!

How to change hyperlink colors for HTML pages

One question I seem to receive quite often is how can I change the color of my links in my site pages? To go about changing these colors log in to your Online Manager. Click Website Manager from the left, Site Pages from the top, then click the update icon Update Icon for the site page you wish to edit (for example: contact us). Within the page content area you will see a “Format” menu,

The Format Menu

click Format and then click on “Page Properties”. A pop-up window will open (you may need to allow pop-ups if your browser is set to block them) on it you will see fields for Link Color, Active Link Color, and Visited Link Color.

These are displayed in the hex color code and you can change these to match any site page of your choice!
