Besides working with some really great people, there are a few things that have made my time working for the PhotoScramble division of WD Web Company really fun. Besides the rewarding challenges of staying current with the constantly changing rules & techniques involved with search engine optimization – besides the social profile building, blogging, customer service and sales work there are a few other things that have grabbed me, and that I am grateful for. I’ve been able to dive into the world of photography. I am learning something new every day about this industry. Whether tweeting camera reviews, posting an interesting photography article to Facebook or blogging about photo contest best practices, I have come to appreciate photography in a new light. I’ve even started to dabble in it myself. Along the way I have run into some awesome photo blogs, and here are four that are my favorite so far!
I Love Photo Blogs – With over 60,000 unique readers, this blog was started by a life-long photography lover and offers industry news, camera reviews, photo gear, photographer profiles, a listing of other great photo blogs and much more. I like them because they post twice daily with relevant information and the site is clean and fresh.
SanFranciscoDailyPhoto.com – Simply put, this photo blog by Manuel Guerzoni is amazing! Do yourself a favor and check out his work.
Digital-Photography-School.com – If you are looking for a community forum of digital photographers to bounce ideas off of, you just found it. Tips & Tricks on digital photography and thoughtful posts like this entry on 11 Surfire Landscape Photography Tips. Judging by it’s 200 comments it was a good one.
DigitalCamera-hq.com – Unbiased digital camera reviews, advice, and prices. This is a good one to check out if you’re in the market for a new digital camera.
Thanks for reading!
