It’s time for more photography in the department.

Hematology Administration staff are invited to submit photo entries to Jennifer in Finance between May 1-15, 2014. No more than 3 submissions per person please.

All photos will be uploaded for viewing May 16-25, 2014.

Voting will be open May 26-30. Please choose your favourite 3 photos.

Winners will be revealed at the Staff Luncheon on June 13, 2014

The top three photos will be enlarged, printed, framed and placed on display in the department.

You will also recieve a gift basket.

Rules & Eligibility

Photo Submission:

– Photo submission begins May 1 – 15, 2014;

– Please email all submission to Jennifer in Finance up to May 15, 2014 – Jennifer’s contact info is available in your instructions email;

– Enter up to 3 photos of your choosing
– There are no theme restrictions – send us what you like!;
– Colour enhancement is permitted but NO Photoshop please;
– All photos must be in digital format;
– Image size is not important but the file size can be no larger than 8MB;

Voting:
– Voting Period is May 26 – 30, 2014;
– Each staff member can vote once per day for a maximum of 3 votes;
– Please choose your 3 favourite photos;
– Voting is restricted to only those on the RSVP list created by Jennifer. You must log in to vote using your BC Cancer email – if you cannot vote using your email – please contact Jennifer in Finance, she can update the RSVP list;

Winners:
– The 3 photos with the most votes wins!
– Winners will be announced on June 13, 2014 at the Staff Luncheon.

Prizes:
Your photo will be framed and placed on display in the department at DHCC.
You will also receive a gift basket.

* NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. An entry fee or voting fee may be required, but a purchase of products or services from the contest host company or its sponsors is not necessary. Purchasing will not increase your chances of winning.
