Hi Guys,

I wanted to touch base with you to let you know about a couple of things. First, Eric Freed, Chuck’s son, has set up a great photo website for the trip to look at a share photos. It’s also the site of a contest for the best photos. You can win a $100, $50, or $25 Orvis Streamside Gift Certificate!  I have added three prizes for the photos that get the most votes. So, make sure you vote for your favorites! Many thanks to Russ Long for the great photos and video of their week.

Next, the 2013 trip is already starting to fill. Please get with me as soon as you know if you want to go. I will be having a meeting at the store in the next couple of weeks and I want to give you guys the first chance at the trip. Just give me a call if you intend to come along with me or Greg. If you want to go another week, also let me know so I can try to get you the best deal possible from Tim.

Next year’s trip will be a little more expensive. Fifty dollars more to be exact. The six nights, and five days of fishing will cost $1725… still a great deal I think. We have several weeks to choose from. I will probably be going the week of Saturday, August 31 through Friday, September 6, while Greg will most likely host the week of Saturday, September 7 through Friday, September 13. The last week available will be Friday, September 14 through Friday, September 20.

Bob, if your group wants to have their own week, I have a week set aside. Let me know ASAP so I can arrange Greg and my group around it and still make one of us available to help you out on your arrival if needed. Just let me know and I’ll have Tim get in touch with you directly. He said he will honor the same deal with you. If you don’t want the week, let me know that too so I can fill it up.
