- Get the photos from your camera, add the data from a code that is captured at the same time as the photo, and upload them directly to our cart/website so they are ready for sale as quickly as you want. This could even be done so that your images are ready for your customers before you even leave the school grounds – if you wish. If this is too much or you already have a different system, we can also accept the data via several other methods. (folder name, image name, CSV files, etc..) This allows for the smoothest way for your customer to find and view their photos without having to wade through a ton of photos of other students.
- Allow you to show a class photo to every student without having to upload a separate copy for each one. The class photo can be automatically added to your package book.
- Remove standard school day or green screen backgrounds during the upload or after the sale. You do not have to shoot on green backgrounds for this to work. Our system can remove almost any background very nicely.
- Merge backgrounds, that are selected by your end-user, directly into the finished rendering so that it is ready to send to the printer, or ready to be digitally downloaded. We can even use multiple layers to replace the background. You can see samples on the sample site towards the bottom of this page. You can even charge more for the use of any backgrounds as the price per background CAN be configured separately if you wish.
- Render the complete composite photo or product so that it is ready to send directly to your lab or printer via our APIs or exports.

- Green screen capabilities that include any solid color background you want. You are not limited to green or green and blue, you can use white or black or any other color that is not contained in the subject. Then you can remove the backgrounds after the sale for only those that sold.
- Select images by student identifiers and only see that student. and possibly their class photo as well, for use in any product you sell including things like memory mates, etc.
- Extra layers of password protection – you can password protect the school, and then have another individual password for the student.
- You can have limited pose packages. You choose how many poses to offer for your packages. Clients will build packages based on the number of poses offered.
- Pre-sales – Sell packages, etc. online even before the photos are taken.
- Add extra fields to be filled out at the time of checkout to capture things like student names, parent names, or whatever else you may need.
- Complete Websites – We can even help you with an entire website if you want. You can use just our cart or the entire website of your choice.
- Email Hosting- We can host your email so that there is no need for separate accounts with go daddy, then your web host, then your cart provider, etc. We can do it all.
- Domain name management – we have our name servers and can help you with every aspect of your online presence – all under one roof. We can even add SSLs if you wish.
