Contest Title – Short title that describes your contest

Contest Description – This is the fun part of the contest were you can be creative and develop your contest theme with you own special twist.   For example: If you are raising money for a pet rescue group it could be as simple as uploading your favorite slobbery canine kiss photo, favorite feline photo, or best fall photo.   If you are having trouble coming up the “Big Idea”, take advantage of your resources. Communicate with other volunteers and sponsors you have worked with in the past to build excitement and ideas around your fundraiser that are mutually beneficial.  A good Photo Fundraiser is reaching your fundraiser goals, a great Photo Fundraiser will make everyone in your community shine!

Web site address – We need your web address and any other sponsors that are going to help promote the contest.  Your contest Banner image will act as a hyper link to your website to promote your cause, in addition to any sponsor graphic images to promote their business as well.  *all graphics and web links are not required, however strongly encouraged.  If you have difficulty with your images feel free to contact us for help*

Contest Dates-
When do plan on making your contest live?  Don’t forget to coordinate the dates with your sponsors and advertisers that will help promote your Photo Fundraiser.

1. Photo Entry Dates: Starting and Ending Dates
2. Voting Dates: Starte and Ending Dates
3. Prize Award Date

Donations –
How are you going to receive donations?   You can either capture donations for submission of an image into the contest, or for voting on an image. For example:  If you already have the images from a previous contest, it would only make sense to receive donations per vote.  (You can upload the images into the contest using our bulk up loader)  If you are going to give your supporters the ability to upload the images themselves either method will help you reach your fundraising goals.

Contest Photos – If you are not allowing images to be submitted and already have them from a previous contest we will need each of those images.

Rules –
This is where you establish the guidelines for you Photo Contest.  Please think this portion through and determine your contest guidelines.  For example: Does the winner(s) have to follow the theme of the contest for a chance to win?

  1. Images  – What are you going to do with the images after the contest?  If you plan on using them for a calendar or marketing materials you must mention this.  For Example:  Submitting a photo to the  contest gives xxxx permission to use the photo for publication and  promotional material.
  2. Emails – What are you going to do with the email addresses of  those that enter the contest and those that vote on a photo?  For      example:  By voting  and/or entering, entrants accept that xxxx may use their contact details to send promotional material for future competitions but the details will not be shared with any third parties.

Prizes –
How many winners will there be?   A brief description of each prize and any bragging rights to those sponsors that helped make it happen. Prize Image: 150×150 (optional)
